Impact Recruitment are currently working with a well-established food manufacturing business based in Wellingborough who are looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their Engineering team. This is a hands-on maintenance role where you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production machinery. Location: Wellingborough Shift: Monday - Friday rotating shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 / 08:00 - 16:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 (no nights) Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Duties: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across production machinery Respond to breakdowns and minimise production downtime Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults Work across production machinery including mills, bailers, mixers, hoppers, and robots Carry out root cause analysis and corrective actions Support continuous improvement and machinery reliability improvements Use workshop equipment including drills, saws, grinders, and welding equipment Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment The ideal candidate must: Be apprentice trained with an NVQ Level 3, City
