We're recruiting a Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established manufacturing and distribution business in Northampton. This is a key role ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse and timely delivery of customer orders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely
- Booking in finished goods using scanners
- Transporting products, stock, and packaging around the warehouse
- Assisting with repacking, packaging supply, and stock movements
- Following FIFO stock rotation at all times
- Scanning out finished goods during loading
- Completing daily FLT checks, stock counts, dock audits, and 5S checks
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards across warehouse and yard
- Following all Health and Safety regulations
