We have a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, thriving business in Wellingborough as an Administrator. In this role, you'll manage the end‑to‑end order process, liaise with customers and couriers, resolve queries, and ensure same‑day or next‑day deliveries run smoothly. You'll also provide key administrative support across the business, keeping systems and trackers up to date.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous admin experience, ideally in order processing or transport/logistics
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Experience producing quotations is a plus
- Desirable: SAP Business One experience
- Transport administration experience
