Impact Recruitment are recruiting for a Workshop Assistant to join our client, on a permanent basis in Northampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has a willigness to learn, enthusiastic, and looking to build a career in woodworking and manufacturing.

Location: Northampton
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm
Pay Rate: £12.21 an hour
Duties:
* General cleaning and organisation of the yard and workshop
* Stacking wood panels and handling materials safely
* Feeding materials through the edge bander machine
* Packing orders and managing waste/recycling
* Assisting skilled colleagues with various woodworking tasks
The ideal candidate must:
* Be keen to learn and comfortable working with tools and machinery
* Ideally have woodwork experience or a related college qualification
* Be reliable, hands-on, and enjoy working as part of a team
* Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
