We're recruiting multiple Technical Operators for a rapidly expanding manufacturing business following significant investment and ongoing growth plans. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term career with full training provided from day one. The Role: Working within a clean, modern manufacturing environment, you'll be trained to support a range of production and quality processes using specialist equipment. Day-to-day duties include:
- Operating production equipment
- Carrying out visual quality inspections
- Microscope-based inspection work
- Recording information accurately on computer systems
- Following manufacturing and quality procedures
- Supporting production targets
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Working within a cleanroom environment wearing PPE
Full training will be provided on all processes and equipment.
Shift Pattern: Permanent continental shifts: 2 Days: 07:00 - 19:00, 2 Nights: 19:00 - 07:00, 4 Days Off. This shift pattern is fixed and forms part of the permanent role.
