Regional Business Development Manager β Northampton / Milton Keynes
Hybrid Salary: Β£40,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Grow and manage an existing quote bank and client portfolio, maintaining & forging strong stakeholder relationships.
- Take ownership of your own client base, identifying opportunities to expand within your region.
- Work closely with project and design teams to create accurate briefs and secure quotes.
- Support marketing strategy through social media activity, canvassing, and email campaigns.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience selling into construction or built environment, ideally with a technical or design-led product/service.
- Strong business development & account management background.
- Confident communicator and negotiator.
- Consultative, considered approach to sales with the ability to grow a client base.
- Self-motivated, driven and target focused, ready to face new challenges.

- Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle - head office is located between Northampton and Milton Keynes.
