We're looking for several Production Technicians to join a leading advanced manufacturing business that is continuing to grow following substantial international investment and a major expansion of its UK operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a modern, high-tech manufacturing environment. No previous experience as a Production Technician is required, as full training will be provided from day one.

The role is well suited to candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, engineering, warehouse operations, cleanrooms or other hands-on, detail-focused environments.

Please Read Before Applying:

  • Permanent 4 on / 4 off continental shift pattern
  • Two 12-hour day shifts followed by two 12-hour night shifts
  • Four consecutive days off after every shift cycle
  • Working within a cleanroom environment whilst wearing full PPE
  • Working at a site in a rural location, therefore your own transport is essential
  • Following detailed processes and working within a highly structured manufacturing environment

Please note: Due to the shift pattern and rural location of the site, this opportunity is best suited to candidates who live within approximately one hour's commute.

Shift Pattern:

  • 4 on / 4 off Continental Rotation
  • 7:00am - 7:00pm - 2 Day Shifts
  • 7:00pm - 7:00am - 2 Night Shifts
  • 4 Consecutive Days Off

The Position:

As a Production Technician, you'll become part of a specialist manufacturing team producing high-precision components used within cutting-edge technologies. Working within a controlled cleanroom environment, you'll be responsible for carrying out a range of hands-on production and technical activities, including operating specialist manufacturing equipment, assembling precision components, carrying out detailed inspections and accurately recording production information. You'll receive comprehensive training on the manufacturing processes, equipment and quality standards required for the role, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within advanced manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and assemble high-precision products within a controlled cleanroom environment
  • Operate specialist production and manufacturing equipment
  • Follow detailed manufacturing processes, work instructions and procedures

  • Monitor production processes to ensure products meet required quality standards
  • Accurately record production data and information using internal computer systems
