We are currently recruiting for multiple Manufacturing Technicians to join a rapidly expanding high-tech production facility following significant international investment and a major growth programme. With over 60 hires planned and substantial long-term expansion forecast across the next 3 years, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable position within a modern manufacturing environment offering genuine progression opportunities. No previous industry experience is required.
We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are comfortable working within a fast-paced production environment and willing to learn new processes and systems. Candidates from manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, machine operating, cleanroom, automotive, FMCG, engineering or technical environments are encouraged to apply.
Important Information Before Applying
- This role operates on permanent continental shifts including both days and nights.
- Shift pattern: 2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off.
- Own transport is essential due to the rural location of the site.
- Full cleanroom PPE must be worn at all times on site.
The Role
You will be part of a specialist manufacturing team responsible for supporting a range of precision production processes within a clean and highly controlled environment. The role combines hands-on manufacturing work with quality-focused production activities and operation of specialised equipment and computer systems.
Duties
- Operating manufacturing and production equipment.
- Supporting precision assembly and processing activities.
- Working to production schedules and delivery targets.
- Completing quality checks and inspections throughout production.
- Following strict manufacturing and safety procedures.
- Using computer systems to record and track production activity.
- Working within a cleanroom-controlled production environment.
- Handling delicate components with care and accuracy.
