Impact Recruitment are recruiting for Trainee Sewing Machinists to join our client, manufacturing luxury goods on a temp-to-perm basis.

Location: Northampton
Shift: Monday-Thursday 07:30am-16:30pm, Friday 07:30am-12:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.21/hr
Duties:
- Operating industrial sewing machines
- Manually sewing various materials
- Preparing materials for sewing
- Supporting other production operatives to produce high-quality goods
- Regularly and consistently quality checking products
The ideal candidate must:
- Display a desire to learn about the industry and the nature of the business
- Be able to regularly commute to work each day
- Have proven work experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Be able to consistently hit production KPIs
