We\’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to play a key role in supporting our client\’s sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. If you are a strong administrator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing essential administrative support to the sales team.
  • Accurately processing sales orders and preparing quotations, proposals, and reports.
  • Managing and updating customer records using internal CRM system.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Creating new customer accounts and maintaining data integrity.
  • Assisting with diary management, meeting coordination, and travel bookings.
  • Tracking sales performance and generating regular reports for management.

What We\’re Looking For:
