About the Role:
This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same. As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you'll play a key part in creating a positive experience from the outset. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
- Logging and distributing enquiries to the appropriate teams
- Conducting follow-up calls on customer quotations
- Updating and maintaining customer data in the CRM system
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
