We’re working with a leading manufacturer in Northampton who need General Assistants to join their production team.
Job Details
- Between £13.50 and £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)
- 6am‑2pm / 2pm‑10pm rotating weekly shifts
- Monday to Friday (your weekends are yours)
- Full training provided
- Clear progression into Machine Operator roles
- Based in Northampton

- Keeping an eye on quality and flagging any issues before they become problems.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace because nobody wants to work in chaos.
- General production and warehouse duties as needed.
