We are currently recruiting for Production Packers to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position directly with the company, offering full training, paid breaks, and overtime opportunities.
Location: Corby
Shift: Panama / Continental Shift Pattern - 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am), rotating days and nights. You will work an average of 42.5 hours per week over a 2-week repeating rota (Working only 7 days out of 14)
Salary: £27,016 per annum + Overtime (paid at 1.5x)
Duties:
- Packing finished products from the production line
- Boxing, labelling, and palletising goods
- Wrapping pallets ready for dispatch
- Moving pallets using a pump truck
- Completing basic quality checks and counting products
- Following order notes accurately
The ideal candidate must:
- Have previous experience in a production or logistics environment
- Be confident with packing, labelling, and manual handling
- Be able to read, write, and follow written instructions
- Have experience using a pump truck (preferred but not essential)
- Be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable with a repetitive role
