Our client is seeking a Production Operative to join their organisation based in Wellingborough on a temporary to permanent basis. To manufacture their formulations to meet planned volumes and targets in accordance with safety and quality standards.
In this Production Operative role, you will:
Operate mixing machines and associated equipment.
Set and run various mixing machines.
Record and monitor relevant associated data.
Maintain an excellent standard of housekeeping.
Participate and contribute to daily briefings.
Actively participate in safety, quality and continuous improvement activities.
Have a sound knowledge of systems and procedures and carry out all work in a safe manner, reporting any issues via the appropriate system.
Challenges personal performance and develops own skills and supports the team to deliver consistent resultsIn order to be successful as a Production Operative you must:
Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments.
