They're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented MIG Welder to join their established team and support both ongoing production and the development of new products.\\n \\nThis role is ideal for someone with experience in MIG welding within a production environment, who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work with minimal supervision.\\n \\nSalary: £25,000 – £30,250 per year DOE\\n Hours: 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)\\n Location: Daventry Job Duties:\\n\\nPerform MIG and/or TIG welding on parts and assemblies to meet production schedules.\\nPrepare tools, equipment, and materials (including use of sizers and saws).\\nManufacture components using jigs, fixtures, and following work orders and SOPs.\\nReview and inspect finished parts, reporting issues via the Quality Assurance team.\\nOperate basic fabrication and tube manipulation equipment (training provided).\\nFollow Health & Safety and Environmental procedures at all times.\\nAccurately track work using shop floor systems and the company ERP platform.\\nAssist in the development of new parts and continuous improvement projects.\\nSupport the wider team with general shopfloor tasks as required.Requirements:\\n\\nMIG welding experience in a production or manufacturing environment.\\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.\\nAbility to follow instructions, SOPs, and work independently.\\nA proactive approach, flexibility, and team player mindset.\\nWillingness to develop skills and take on additional responsibilities.Benefits:\\n\\n33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)\\nCompany pension scheme\\nFree on-site parking\\nHealth & wellbeing programme\\nLife insurance (3x salary) If you're a MIG Welder ready for your next challenge in a stable and supportive environment, apply today or contact Impact Recruitment on (phone number removed)
