Our client, is looking for a Legal Administrator to join their friendly Northampton-based team on a part-time basis.

The role
Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll play a key role in supporting the administration of probate matters from start to finish.
You'll be handling important documentation, liaising with clients and third parties, and helping to ensure cases progress smoothly and efficiently.
- What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of probate applications.
- Managing and maintaining client files and documentation.
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and external organisations.
- Preparing correspondence, reports and probate-related paperwork.
- Supporting the collection and distribution of estate assets.
- Assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Providing general administrative support to the Probate team.
What we're looking for
- Previous administration experience.
- Probate, legal or professional services experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Someone proactive, reliable and keen to learn.
