PAY
£12.21 per hour – Fixed‑term maternity cover – January to November 2026
HOURS
Flexible for the right candidate – availability during school holidays is essential.
- Monday to Thursday: 10:00 – 15:30 (30‑minute lunch break)
- Friday: 10:00 – 15:00 (30‑minute lunch break)

JOB DUTIES & PERSON SPEC
- Accurately processing sales orders and preparing quotations
- Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
- Raising purchase orders and generating invoices
- Creating and maintaining customer accounts
- Booking deliveries and liaising with couriers
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Receiving goods in and managing goods out
- Supporting team members across office and warehouse functions
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and database entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
