What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting experienced fitters with installations, assembly and workshop builds
- Using hand tools and power tools confidently (training given where needed)
- Helping with preparation, measuring, cutting and fitting tasks
- Learning new technical skills and progressing into more advanced work
- Working in a structured environment with clear daily tasks
- Maintaining a tidy and safe working area while following H&S procedures
What we’re looking for:
- A willingness to learn and the drive to build a trade
- Hands-on background such as construction, labouring, assembly, workshop, engineering or similar OR existing experience as a fitter/assembler looking for a new opportunity
