Key duties and responsibilities:
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including filing, processing applications, scanning, emails, archiving and internal communication.
- Ensure office supplies and stationery are maintained and fully stocked.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post.
- Update internal systems and spreadsheet trackers.
- Prepare & update materials, certificates and customer information.
Key experience and skills required:
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail, specifically when handling data.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to work under pressure, manage a varied workload and stay organised.
