Looking for a role that fits around school runs or offers genuine part-time flexibility?

Whether you're returning to work after raising a family, looking to reduce your hours, or simply searching for a varied role that offers a better work-life balance, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We're recruiting on behalf of two successful manufacturing businesses within the same group, and we're looking for an organised, proactive administrator to support HR, Compliance and Business Operations across both sites.

This isn't a traditional HR role, and you don't need experience in every aspect of the job.

Full training will be provided.

What matters most is your attitude.

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, can work independently and is happy travelling between two friendly, supportive sites.

✔ Flexible part-time hours that can work around school runs and family commitments.

✔ Genuine variety - no two days are the same.

✔ Full training and support from the current HR & Compliance Administrator before they leave.

✔ Opportunity to develop new skills across HR, Compliance, Health & Safety and Business Operations.

✔ Long-term career progression as the business continues to grow.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Your role will involve supporting a wide range of administrative activities, including:

Supporting employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.

Monitoring training, absence and probation reviews.

Assisting with HR administration across the employee lifecycle.

Maintaining Health & Safety and compliance documentation.

Supporting ISO, COSHH and accreditation administration.

Raising purchase orders and assisting with invoicing.

Maintaining business databases and filing systems.

Providing general administrative support across both manufacturing sites.

Don't worry if you haven't done all of the above before. If you have solid administration experience and a willingness to learn, you'll receive full training.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is...

An experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills.

Able to manage their own workload and work autonomously.

Comfortable communicating with people at all levels.

Happy working across two nearby sites.

Confident using Microsoft Office.

Proactive, reliable and keen to learn.

Holds a Full UK Driving Licence.

Experience within HR, Compliance, Health & Safety or manufacturing would be beneficial, but is by no means essential.

This Role Would Be Perfect For...

Someone looking to return to work after a career break.

A parent wanting hours that fit around school drop-offs and pick-ups.

An experienced administrator looking for a varied part-time role.

Someone wanting to broaden their experience into HR and Compliance without needing previous specialist knowledge.

Someone who enjoys working independently while still being part of a friendly team.

What's On Offer?

£29,000 - £32,000 FTE depending on experience.

Permanent part-time position.

Flexible working pattern (minimum 4.5 hours per day). 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata).

Full training and structured handover.

Friendly, supportive working environment.

Genuine long-term career development opportunities.

If you're an organised administrator looking for a flexible role where your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are valued more than having experience in every area, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today with your CV and take the next step in a varied, rewarding career with a growing manufacturing group.
