What You\'ll Be Doing
- Speak to customers via inbound and outbound calls
- Understand their needs and offer the right insurance solutions
- Provide accurate quotes across a range of products
- Offer reassuring, empathetic support - especially to elderly or vulnerable customers
- Help customers arrange their cover for the year ahead
You’ll receive full classroom and on-the-job training, with clear progression as you master each product.
