We are recruiting for a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well‑established business based in Northampton. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a range of industrial processing equipment, playing a key role in maximising uptime and supporting production demands.
What you will be doing:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across site machinery
- Perform mechanical fitting, assembly, repairs, and component replacement
- Complete electrical fault‑finding, diagnostics, and root cause analysis (3‑phase systems)
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot heavy‑duty processing equipment
- Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and disruption
- Carry out machinery modifications, adjustments, and improvements
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organised working environment
- Uphold and promote high Health & Safety standards at all times
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or industrial environment

- 3‑phase electrical experience (essential)
