Location: Northampton (NN3). 6‐month FTC. Full‐time, 34 hours/week, hybrid after probation. Reporting to: Associate Director, Marketing and Communications. Salary: £30,000.

We're looking for a designer—not a decorator—who can reimagine how we show up across digital, print, and social. If you're fresh out of education and want to build a portfolio, this role is ideal.

Responsibilities
  • Rebranding assets – fresh visuals and consistency across the brand.
  • Campaign design – across web, email, social, print, and video.
  • Visual storytelling – turn survey data into graphics people want to read.
  • Training materials – branded templates, e‐learning visuals, presentations.
  • Social content – collaborate with the comms team to amplify reach on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Product launches – help bring new services to life visually.
  • Internal documents – design policy forms and other internal content.
Qualifications
  • A portfolio that showcases branding, layout, and campaign design.
  • Adobe Creative Suite mastery (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Bonus: video editing skills for content marketing.
  • Sharp eye for detail with strong layout, colour, and hierarchy sensitivity.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
