Metal Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Northampton. Location: Northampton Shift: Various Shifts Available Pay Rate: £12.75 an hour Duties: Preparing and finishing metal components as part of the production process Using hand tools and equipment to clean, smooth, and inspect parts Working to production targets and quality standards Supporting general manufacturing tasks and team operations Maintaining a clean and safe working environmentThe ideal candidate must: Previous experience in a manufacturing, metalwork, or production environment is essential A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks Good manual dexterity and ability to work with hand tools A reliable, proactive attitude and willingness to learn The ability to work well both independently and in a teamIf this role sounds of interest to you then please apply with an up to date CV.
