We're recruiting multiple Technical Operators for a rapidly expanding manufacturing business following significant investment and ongoing growth plans. Own transport is essential due to the rural location of the site.
No Experience Required. You do not need any technical, laboratory or manufacturing experience to be considered. We're looking for people who are:

The Role: Working within a clean, modern manufacturing environment, you'll be trained to support a range of production and quality processes using specialist equipment. Day-to-day duties include:
- Operating production equipment
- Carrying out visual quality inspections
- Microscope-based inspection work
- Recording information accurately on computer systems
- Following manufacturing and quality procedures
- Supporting production targets
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Working within a cleanroom environment wearing PPE
Full training will be provided on all processes and equipment.
Shift Pattern: Permanent continental shifts:
- 2 Days: 07:00 - 19:00
- 2 Nights: 19:00 - 07:00
- 4 Days Off
This shift pattern is fixed and forms part of the permanent role.
