We are currently recruiting multiple Lab Technicians for a rapidly expanding advanced manufacturing business following significant international investment and a major site expansion programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a secure, forward-thinking employer offering a starting salary of £35,000, structured training, and genuine long-term progression as the business continues to grow.
No Experience Required
Full training is provided from day one. You do not need prior laboratory or technical experience to be considered.
We are looking for individuals with:

Important Information Before Applying
- Permanent continental shift pattern (days and nights)
- 4 on / 4 off rota: 2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off
- Own transport is essential due to rural site location
- Cleanroom PPE environment
- Full training provided regardless of experience
Shift Pattern
- 4 on / 4 off continental shifts:
- 2 x Days: 07:00 - 19:00
- 2 x Nights: 19:00 - 07:00
- 4 days off
