Internal Account Manager / Inside Sales (Product) Kettering/ Hybrid Permanent Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

You’ll be the link between customers, external sales, and supply chain - owning the process from enquiry through to delivery. Not just taking orders, but making sure everything runs smoothly, issues get sorted quickly, and opportunities aren’t missed along the way.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- Acting as the day-to-day contact for key customers - queries, updates, problem-solving
- Managing orders end-to-end (from quote through to delivery)
- Working closely with external sales and supply chain to keep everything on track
- Proactively keeping customers updated rather than waiting for them to chase
- Handling pricing, delivery schedules and stock-related decisions
- Sorting out invoice queries and general "when things don’t quite line up" issues
