Job Title: Healthcare Manager (Head Office-Based)\\n\\nLocation: Northampton\\n\\nHours: Monday to Friday 37 hours\\n\\nSalary: £(phone number removed)\\n\\n**NO EVENINGS or WEEKENDS**\\n\\nMy clients committed to providing exceptional care and support to their service users within the county. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead and manage a team of office staff and carers who are visiting clients at homes. This role is NOT based within a care setting and would suit someone who has managed a team of healthcare providers.\\n\\nYou must have previous management experience and have an understanding of healthcare and the CQC regulations.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nService Expansion and Management: Lead and manage the Care at Home service to significantly expand its reach, servicing more clients while maintaining high standards of care.\\nTeam Leadership – Oversee the Care Support at Home team, including coordinators and administrators.

Manage the recruitment, induction, and training of frontline support staff, assessing training needs and ensuring adherence to best practices.\\nCompliance and Standards: Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant care standards, including CQC regulations, Safeguarding, Health and Safety legislation, and infection prevention and control.\\nOperational Management: Efficiently manage day-to-day operations, allocate resources, and monitor performance to deliver high-quality homecare within budget.Qualifications:\\n\\nProven experience in managing care services or a similar role.\\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\\nExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities.\\nKnowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.\\nProficiency in using data management systems.\\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:\\n\\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\\nOpportunities for professional growth and development.\\nA supportive and inclusive work culture.\\nModern office facilities and resources
