As of summer of 2024, my client employ circa 20,000 employee’s across 100 sites. Big global business. Billions of dollars in revenue.
My client have recently moved into a new premises in Wellingborough, which will be their UK Flagship site.
This will be a site based role in Wellingborough. Extensive P&L understanding and experience in leading and managing a finance function is essential.
We have recently placed multiple members of their Senior Leadership Team including the Managing Director. They have big growth plans to make waves in the UK market and with that brings lots of progression opportunities!
They’ve moved into a brand new 190,000 sqft premises and this will be one of their first UK hires. They have several contracts that will be implemented imminently, with the main key contract go live date in March 2025.
The site is very much in start up phase and you will need to be a person who can deal with ambiguity and can roll with the punches.
They business outside the UK generated revenue of over $5 billion last year, there will be significant opportunities both in the UK and outside for the right person.
They expect over the next 3 years to hire over four hundred people and committed to making themselves known to the local area and being part of the community.
The business are a global powerhouse for engineering, repair, and logistics solutions for the world’s top telecoms brands.
They have the whole product life cycle covered-from original design and pre-sales testing to local customisation, configuration, and field support like tech assistance, product repair, replacement, and refurbishment.
