Finance Administrator, Fosse Park, Leicester
Full Time, 35 hours per week • Permanent (1 day WFH)
£26,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits (see below)
We\'re seeking a friendly Finance Administrator to join our client\'s newly refurbished Leicester office, which is based near Fosse Park. This role is ideal for someone who is highly numerate and comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders. You will be working in a small team responsible for the accurate billing of client’s services.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner, as well as handling customers\' enquiries
- Maintaining records of billing transactions and ensuring accuracy
- Raising and sending client bills, ensuring they are raised in accordance with client service agreements/letters of engagement
- Reviewing monthly schedules, analysing the data and raising bills as required
- Identifying and resolving billing discrepancies and issues
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders within the business to rectify discrepancies
What We\'re Looking For
- Previous experience of working within a finance role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Finance or accounting qualification desirable but not essential
