About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving increased demand for our client’s industry-leading safety footwear products. You will engage directly with end users such as safety officers, site managers, and facilities teams to educate, demonstrate, and build trust - generating qualified leads that their distributor network will convert into sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key end users across target sectors
- Deliver on-site demonstrations, webinars, and roadshows to showcase product benefits
- Lead market education initiatives emphasising features such as slip resistance and durability
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, research, and direct engagement
- Work closely with the distributor network to maximise lead conversion into confirmed sales
- Represent the client at industry trade shows and networking events
- Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to inform sales strategy
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in B2B sales and lead generation
- Strong business development skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Resilient, confident, and persistent with a proactive approach to cold calling and follow-ups
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong research skills to understand market trends and customer requirements
- Previous experience in field sales or technical sales is advantageous
