Customer Service & Marketing Assistant Northampton Temp to Permanent 37.50 hours per week £25,000+ (& company bonus) Are you experienced in providing exceptional B2B/B2C customer service? Would you enjoy providing technical solutions to customers? Would you like to support the Marketing Director & develop your marketing skills? If this sounds like you, I have the perfect opportunity for you! This company offers software and hardware solutions to people and companies that have employees with visual impairments. This role is purely advisory and not a hard selling role and you will be joining a company that is growing due to winning new contracts. Duties and responsibilities for the CS & Marketing Assistant: Diagnosing a customer’s product requirements and providing a solution. Providing quotes and pricing to customers. Complete all sales support administration tasks accurately and effectively including processing sales orders and quotations. Creating marketing campaigns, including Email marketing, social media, and homepage banners Writing and editing copy for product descriptions and categories Handling image editing for product listings and marketing materials Skills and experience required for the CS & Marketing Assistant: Previous experience of customer service/sales coordination/administration. An inquisitive mind and passion for learning about technical components. Excellent customer care skills. High level of listening skills and empathy Confidence and experience to develop the role and make it your own. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
