Credit Control & Finance Administrator
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Salary: 26,000 – 27,000 (Pro Rata)
Hours: Flexible – Minimum 30 hours per week (option for full-time)

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Managing credit control processes, including chasing overdue invoices and negotiating payment plans.
- Conducting credit checks on new and existing customers.
- Processing invoices, payments, receipts, expenses, and petty cash accurately.
- Carrying out regular bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining clear, accurate records of all communications with clients.
- Collaborating with the finance team on cash flow forecasting and debt reporting.
- Assisting with general finance administration and preparing credit control reports.
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
- Confident using accounting software (Xero, Simpro, or similar).
- A good understanding of accounts payable and financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
