We are hiring a Commercial Recruitment Consultant.
Base salary up to £37k. Uncapped commission - no ceiling.
Working hours: 08:30-17:30 Monday to Thursday (we usually get out early on a Friday).
Warm desk covering North Northamptonshire.
Non-negotiables:
- You will be based full-time in our NN1 Northampton office.
- You need to be able to drive.
- If you don’t like being on the phone, this role is not for you. A big part of your day involves speaking to clients and candidates.
Understanding what businesses actually need, qualifying people properly, and keeping things moving so deals don’t drift. No hiding behind emails. No firing out bland messages hoping something lands. If you’re good on the phone and like speaking to people, this is where you can earn well. The commission is uncapped, with no ceiling, so your earnings are down to what you bill.
Realistically:
- Year 1: around £45k
- Year 2: around £55k
- Year 3: £65k+
With recruitment experience, you may be able to fast track that. You will also have the tools to do it properly, working with successful recruiters that are leading and driving the business teams within it.
