Carpentry Bench Joiner

They are looking for a Joiner to join their workshop team, someone who's confident with woodworking machinery, reading drawings, and working with solid and sheet timber.\\n\\nThis role is ideal for someone from a joinery, shopfitting, or wood machining background who wants to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, consistency, and hands-on problem-solving.\\n\\nSalary: £16 – £20 an hour \\nHours: Tuesday to Friday (4 day week)\\nLocation: Northampton\\n\\nKey Duties:\\n\\nInterpreting detailed technical drawings and cutting lists with confidence and accuracy.\\nCrafting high-quality products using solid timber and sheet materials.\\nOperating a range of woodworking machinery – saws, planers, routers, edge-banders, and more.\\nCompleting fitting, assembly, and finishing tasks to an exceptional standard.\\nMaintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.\\nWorking alongside a small, tight-knit team of skilled tradespeople who take pride in what they do.What We're Looking For:\\n\\nSolid experience in woodwork, carpentry, joinery, or timber-based production.\\nConfident working from cutting lists or technical drawings.\\nSkilled with woodworking hand tools and workshop machinery.\\nA reliable, hands-on approach with pride in your work.\\nGood problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.If you're an experienced Joiner looking for a stable, hands-on role with variety and long-term potential, we'd love to hear from you.\\n\\nApply now with your CV or give us a call on (phone number removed) to find out more
