About the Role
Are you a detail-driven problem solver with a passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement? We are seeking a Business Systems & Project Manager to take ownership of our management systems, ensuring we meet industry-leading standards such as ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, AS9100, and more.
In this role, you\’ll be the driving force behind our audits, quality systems, and process improvements, ensuring customer requirements are not only met but exceeded. From managing audits and handling customer complaints to embedding a culture of continuous improvement – you\’ll play a vital role in keeping our business efficient, compliant, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and improve business management systems
Lead internal and external audits and drive corrective actions
Handle customer complaints and warranty issues with timely resolution
Train and support colleagues in business systems and processes
Drive continuous improvement across the organisation
Act as the main contact for customer/supplier systems (JLR, BMW, Lotus, etc.)
Report on KPIs and present performance updates
About You
Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO, IATF, AS9100, etc.)
Experience within the automotive and/or aerospace industries
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and organisational abilities
Proactive and able to work independently
