Working for this professional organization you will be working in a team of 4 and responsible for coordinating meetings and all of the supporting administration.

Key responsibilities for the Administrator:
  • Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, invoicing, emails, meeting invitations and communication.
  • Assist with room bookings and any necessary equipment and catering requirements for meetings.
  • Use the CRM system to ensure high levels of accuracy are maintained.
  • Provide administrative assistance by phone and email in a highly professional and customer service-driven manner.
  • Support the administration, invoicing, payment processing and receipting that is part of the role.
  • Ensure that a high standard of customer service is delivered and maintained at all times.
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects.
Skills and experience required from the Administrator include:
  • Familiar with MS office suite, primarily Word and Excel and confident using IT for day-to-day work (in-house database needs to be maintained).
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent team player, able to work with all members of staff regardless of role and responsibilities.
  • Able to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
