We're looking for an outstanding Workplace Experience Coordinator & Front of House professional to become the welcoming face of a highly regarded design-led business. You'll take real ownership of the workplace experience, ensuring every interaction, meeting and touchpoint reflects the quality and values of the business.
This role would suit someone from a hospitality, luxury customer service, workplace experience, front-of-house, serviced office or premium client-facing environment who is passionate about people, service excellence and maintaining impeccably high standards.
What You'll Be Doing- Delivering an exceptional visitor experience
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, guests and employees
- Creating a warm, professional and highly polished welcome for every visitor
- Supporting meetings and events to ensure a seamless and memorable experience
- Maintaining exceptionally high presentation standards across all workplace areas
- Ensuring meeting rooms and communal spaces are always guest-ready
- Supporting onboarding and workplace inductions
- Assisting with internal events, team activities and workplace initiatives
- Managing room bookings and responding to workplace requests with efficiency and care
- Coordinating refreshments, catering and workplace supplies
- Anticipating needs before they arise and delivering thoughtful, proactive support
- Taking pride in creating a workplace environment that people genuinely enjoy being part of
- Building positive relationships with suppliers, contractors and service providers
- Supporting facilities management and ensuring workplace issues are resolved promptly and professionally
- At least 1 year's experience within a customer-facing, hospitality, workplace experience or front-of-house role
- A genuine passion for delivering first-class service
- A strong sense of ownership, pride and accountability in your work
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The confidence to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and professional
- Experience using meeting room technology and AV equipment
- A natural desire to go the extra mile and create positive experiences for others
