Temporary PA / EA Roles – Creative Industries (Media, TV, Fashion & Music)
At Impact, we work closely with some brilliant clients across the creative industries, including media, TV, music, fashion and advertising. We regularly take on temporary PA and EA briefs, often last minute, and we’re always keen to have great candidates registered and ready to go.
These roles can range from short-term cover to longer project-based assignments and sometimes have the potential to go permanent, so flexibility and availability are key. There may not be a specific role live right now, but when briefs land, they move fast – and we like to have reliable, switched-on PAs and EAs we can send out immediately.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience as a PA and/or EA within entertainment, media, or creative agencies is required
- Confident supporting senior stakeholders
- Strong diary, inbox, and travel management skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to hit the ground running
- Friendly, professional, and great with people
- Reliable and responsive
- Comfortable working in fast-paced creative environments
- Must be immediately available
