We are working with a creative Advertising agency who are looking for support as Team PA. In this role you will be supporting 5 Execs, including ECDs. This is a busy role and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys supporting senior creative leaders.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage 5 complex diaries, schedule meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple senior creative leaders
- Support the wider team
- Process expenses for the Execs
- Keep projects running smoothly
- Organise team and client events
