£18-£23 per hour depending on experience.

Calling all creative Team Assistants/Junior PAs! A super creative advertising agency based in central London is looking for a super organised, energetic Team Assistant/Junior PA to join them immediately. They are looking for switched on, proactive and versatile candidates with an approachable nature.
The role will include diligent diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, operations and general office support, with additional projects and event management on the side. You will have full support in this role, but it also offers autonomy and the chance to really learn from the best and develop your PA skills.
Previous PA/Team Assistant experience in an agency is highly advantageous as would an interests in Creative/Media. Excellent time management & ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload and to work to tight or conflicting deadlines is essential. Our clients have a fun and lively culture and they offer fabulous progression potential.
