We're working with a leading global entertainment brand to find an experienced Talent Experiences & Gifting Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves creating memorable experiences, building relationships, and bringing creative ideas to life. You'll be responsible for delivering standout gifting programmes and talent experiences, working with high-profile individuals and premium partners across a global business.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating and delivering thoughtful gifting and talent experience programmes
- Coming up with fresh, creative ideas that feel relevant and impactful
- Managing projects from concept through to delivery
- Working closely with teams across marketing, publicity, events and content
- Building strong relationships with luxury brands, agencies and suppliers
- Managing budgets, timelines and multiple projects at once
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience within aglobal entertainment company and/or luxury brand
- Strong background (10 years+) in talent relations, experiential marketing, VIP experiences or gifting
- A creative thinker who can turn ideas into reality
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and confidently juggle priorities
