A global entertainment company is on the hunt for a talented Synopsis Writer for their Polish region to join their creative editorial team for a 6-month contract. If you’ve got a knack for writing sharp, engaging copy about film and TV, this could be for you.
What’s the role?
You’ll be writing compelling summaries for a huge variety of content, working closely with editors and strategists to make sure each synopsis hits the mark.
What you’ll be doing:
- Writing clear, creative, and inclusive synopses for titles across the UK, US, and Europe
- Collaborating with editors and creative teams to nail tone, voice, and audience fit
- Researching content and pulling together info quickly from various sources
- Keeping quality high, feedback welcome, and tone consistent
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of professional writing experience (ideally in entertainment/media)
- Solid experience writing synopses or other short-form creative copy
- Native-level English writing and communication skills
- Strong eye for detail and familiar with editorial styles (AP, etc.)
