We’re hiring a Studio & Workplace Experience Manager to take ownership of a beautifully designed, fast-paced studio space, shaping everything from client experience to team culture and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, highly visible role where no two days look the same. You’ll be the person who makes things feel effortless, even when there’s a lot going on behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the day-to-day running of a busy, design-led studio
- Creating a high-touch, hospitality-driven experience for clients and employees
- Managing facilities, suppliers, and compliance (H&S awareness beneficial)
- Overseeing events, internal moments, and external bookings
- Bringing structure to processes, systems, and ways of working
- Partnering closely with a small team to deliver a seamless experience
