We're looking for an outstanding Workplace Experience Coordinator & Front of House professional to become the welcoming face of a highly regarded design-led business. This role would suit someone from a hospitality, luxury customer service, workplace experience, front-of-house, serviced office or premium client-facing environment who is passionate about people, service excellence and maintaining impeccably high standards.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering an exceptional visitor experience
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, guests and employees
  • Creating a warm, professional and highly polished welcome for every visitor
  • Supporting meetings and events to ensure a seamless and memorable experience
  • Maintaining exceptionally high presentation standards across all workplace areas
  • Ensuring meeting rooms and communal spaces are always guest-ready
  • Supporting onboarding and workplace inductions
  • Assisting with internal events, team activities and workplace initiatives
  • Managing room bookings and responding to workplace requests with efficiency and care
  • Coordinating refreshments, catering and workplace supplies
  • Anticipating needs before they arise and delivering thoughtful, proactive support
  • Taking pride in creating a workplace environment that people genuinely enjoy being part of
  • Building positive relationships with suppliers, contractors and service providers
  • Supporting facilities management and ensuring workplace issues are resolved promptly and professionally
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year's experience within a customer-facing, hospitality, workplace experience or front-of-house role
  • A genuine passion for delivering first-class service
  • A strong sense of ownership, pride and accountability in your work
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • The confidence to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and professional
  • Experience using meeting room technology and AV equipment
  • A natural desire to go the extra mile and create positive experiences for others
