We're looking for a brilliant Receptionist & Workplace Experience Coordinator to become the welcoming face of a dynamic, design-led business. This is a highly visible role where you'll help create an outstanding experience for employees, clients and visitors while ensuring the workplace remains organised, professional and inviting at all times.
This opportunity would suit someone from a hospitality, workplace experience, front-of-house or serviced office background who enjoys being proactive, people-focused and hands-on.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating a first-class visitor experience - Welcoming guests, supporting client meetings/events and ensuring everyone feels looked after
- Keeping the workplace running smoothly - maintaining presentation standards, supporting room bookings and workplace requests
- Providing workplace support - Supporting onboarding and office tours, helping coordinate internal events and activities
- Hospitality & coordination - Managing refreshments, catering and workplace supplies
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and service providers
- Supporting facilities and workplace initiatives
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar customer-facing or workplace support role
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence multitasking and managing competing priorities
- A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence with meeting room technology and AV equipment
