This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of People Operations within a scaling business, driving the systems, processes, compliance, and operational excellence that underpin an outstanding employee experience.

This role is perfect for someone who loves combining People Operations expertise with technology, process improvement, data, and strategic thinking. You'll be the go-to expert for people systems, ensuring the business has the infrastructure and governance needed to support continued growth.

As People Operations Lead, you'll:

  • Own and optimise the People Operations function, ensuring scalable and efficient processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Act as the organisation's HiBob Super User, driving adoption, optimisation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead HR systems projects, enhancements, integrations, and future developments.
  • Design and implement operational processes that improve efficiency, employee experience, and data quality.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and audit readiness across all People Operations activities.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across People, Finance, Legal, and Technology functions.
  • Leverage data and insights to support workforce planning and business decision-making.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to create a best-in-class People function.

Essential Requirements:

  • HiBob Expertise
  • Advanced HiBob Super User experience.
  • Proven ownership of HiBob implementation, configuration, optimisation, and ongoing operational management.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS best practice and people systems architecture.
  • People Operations Leadership
  • Significant experience within People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, or People Technology environments.
  • Track record of building and improving scalable people processes in growing organisations.
  • Compliance & Governance
  • Experience operating within a regulated, audited, or highly compliance-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of controls, governance, data integrity, and operational risk management.
  • Scale & Complexity
  • Experience supporting organisations with 750+ employees.
  • Comfortable working within fast-paced, evolving businesses with complex operational requirements.

Ideal background: Background within EdTech or another high-growth technology-enabled business. Exposure to systems integrations, automation, and people analytics. Experience partnering closely with senior leadership teams during periods of growth and transformation.
