Our client is an amazing creative agency with a specialism in youth culture. This role sits at the heart of growth, working across outreach, pitching, content and client conversations to bring in brands that want to connect authentically with Gen Z and emerging adult audiences.
You’ll be:
- Driving proactive outbound new business (email, social, prospecting)
- Supporting client meetings, pitches and proposals
- Creating content and case studies that showcase youth insight
- Tracking leads and building a strong pipeline
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has min 4 years in new business from an agency background
- Comes from a creative, marketing or youth-focused agency
- Understands Gen Z, youth culture and brand engagement (this is a must)
- Is commercially curious, confident and proactive
This is a great role for someone who wants to build a serious career in agency growth, working with purpose-led brands and culturally relevant campaigns. The culture here is extremely supportive and collaborative – you’ll be surrounded with creative and ambitious people. You will be working 2-3 days a week in the office in SE London.
