We are partnering with a leading digital news and media company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality journalism and content to audiences across the UK and internationally. With a people-first culture and a collaborative working environment, we are looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team on an FTC until March 2027. You must be available immediately or within a month to start. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the employee experience, handling all HR Operations and acting as a trusted point of contact across the business.

You'll be a natural organiser with excellent interpersonal skills, confident working with the HRIS HiBOB, and eager to get involved across the full HR lifecycle—from onboarding through to engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing HR administration and supporting the full employee lifecycle
  • Maintaining employee records and supporting the HRIS - You must have previous experience of using HiBOB.
  • Preparing payroll changes and liaising with Finance
  • Supporting onboarding and induction programmes for new hires
  • Leading and supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives
  • Building strong relationships across editorial, commercial and corporate teams as a key HR contact
  • Supporting HR projects, reporting and process improvements
What We're Looking For:
  • 12 - 24 months experience as an HR Coordinator within a media, creative or digital business
  • Experience of using HiBob is essential
  • A proactive, approachable and personable individual who enjoys building relationships across a diverse workforce
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
