You will be a credible, highly experienced and ambitious marketing leader who can shape and deliver a 3 year digital marketing strategy with the goal of driving enrolment, strengthening retention and elevating the school's brand globally.

We need to see clear evidence of being able to drive an ambitious international strategic vision with hands-on expertise and knowledge of the private school sector. Innovation, collaboration and excellence are the cornerstone of everything they do and you’ll embody these characteristics.

Leading the marketing and digital team, you’ll work closely with enrolment teams across 3 campuses, SLT and the CEO - leading on media planning, brand positioning across global sites and paid digital campaigns. A strong working knowledge of CRM, CMS, analytics and paid media platforms is key.

We need a marketing leader who can drive local marketing plans - including social media, open days and community outreach – whilst driving cross-school collaboration, expat engagement and bursary promotion. You’ll also lead on parent survey insights, translating findings into meaningful action whilst building internal capability to reduce reliance on external agencies.
